Settings

The black sleek car that was usually so interesting to be in was now snore worthy. The road ahead was as far as the eye could see with nothing to look at our of the windows except the dull yellow fields that seemed to swallow the car up. The sky was as blue as the Caribbean ocean, not a could in sight. The fake leather of the seats was starting to get hot and sticky the closer we got. The radio was playing softly in the background to the conversation that was going on in the front seat, the steady pace of the car and the tedious talk up front started lulling me to sleep, with my head starting to bob; I dozed off.

As I stepped out of the car my jaw dropped in awe, standing in front of me was an immaculate three story beach house. The wood of the house looked flawless with the hot sunrays reflecting off of it. As you walk through the huge front door, the smell of the ocean slaps you in the face, you could hear the waves crashing on the shore and the sound of chatter. I walk upstairs my hands dragging along the smooth rail. I glided over to the window and looked down out over the beach.
